Aimee Binning

Certified since 2019 | Aimee Binning has been working with leadership teams since 2010 that manage crisis situations within their organization and community. She is a nationally recognized speaker and motivational trainer who has delivered results for individual and teams across the United States. The Color Code training is of value to those that need to communicate for many situations such as sales, human resources and team building.

Aimee Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management, she has over 20 years as a successful entrepreneur with a custom home building company and an industrial training company. Building teams is what she is good at! Her motto is "How Can I Make You a Success?" She currently is working as a County Emergency Management Coordinator building volunteer teams that support incident management teams during emergency situations.

Aimee's use of the Color Code has supported her and her companies since 2013 when she was first introduced to the science during a team building workshop. She has been told that her trainings have assisted in developing world class teams that provide outstanding results.
